About me
I’m Obiora Ohazurume, an African Cristal Award-winning Art Director, Illustrator, and 2D Animator with over a decade of experience creating impactful work across advertising, branding, animation, and digital media.
My career began at TBWA Concept before progressing through Yellow Brick Road (YBR) and DDB Lagos, where I served as an Associate Creative Director. Over the years, I’ve worked with leading brands including MTN, Glo, Interswitch, Diageo, FirstBank, Access Bank, and Oando, contributing to campaigns that connect with millions—including the award-winning MTN Man in the Box campaign.
With a background in Architecture, I combine strategic thinking with bold visual storytelling to create work that’s both purposeful and memorable. Whether it’s art direction, illustration, branding, or animation, I believe the best ideas are simple, human, and impossible to ignore.
